South African radio presenter turned anti-immigration protester loses job. Operation Dudula, March and March. Jacinta Ngobese

Founder of March and March Movement Jacinta Ngobese has been fired by Vuma FM where she worked as Radio presenter of the morning show Cruise with Jacinta Ngobese.

“It has come to my attention that a complaint was brought by an external entity and/or individual. I shall not deal with the details of that complaint at this stage,” Jessica said while highlighting details of her termination letter received on July 15 2025.

March and March Movement headed by Ngobese has been responsible for barring foreign nationals assumed illegal in South Africa from receiving medical attention at public healthcare facilities across South Africa.

Her actions and that of her members has place South Africa under serious health threats such as the rapid spread of chronic and contagious diseases suffered by victims of March and March. Her decision to deny immigrants access to medication and timely treatment has also caused the deteriorating health of many. More so, refusing a person access to healthcare can result in involuntary manslaughter.

Although the reason for her termination has not been made public, the ethics of journalism does not allow for journalists to use their popularity and influence to cause chaos and commit crimes against humanity. On this alone and the above stated human right violations, Vuma FM has the right to dump her because whatever she does tarnishes the station’s image.

Ngobese welcomes her dismissal and will continue protesting the government of South Africa for providing health care services to immigrants considered not welcome by March and March.

“To March and March Movement let us know not be deterred whatever brutality we are subjected to the truth will set us free even in the midst of adversity we demand recognition of rights of South African citizens.”
