Completely destroyed buildings, debris and six bodies is the image that describes the horrific plane crash scene in Nairobi, capital city of Kenya.
Charity Amref Flying Doctors say the Cessna light weight medical plane left Wilson airport today afternoon enroute to Hargeisa, Somalia when the crash happened.
Two people from Githurai area and four passengers including doctors, nurses and the pilot are those involved in the deadly accident as reported by Kiambu County Commissioner, Henry Wafula.
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined by investigators but Kenyan Civil Aviation Authority says the plane lost radio signal and got off radar three minutes after take off.
Members of the Kenyan Defence Forces, The National National Police and good Samaritans are currently on the scene to render help.
It has been a very tragic day in Kenya as another incident occurred in the town of Naivasha, central Kenya where a train collision with a bus carrying staff members of Kenyan Pipeline Company left four people dead and others hospitalised.
